Is onyx a good material for a bar counter?
Posted by Visitor
Reply to this question
1ReplyOnyx isn't a good option for most over-the-counter, but it does make for a beautiful backsplash. Its beauty and translucency make it attractive, but still impractical. Onyx is also quite brittle and easily crumbles and cracks. But don't give up, you can very well use translucent artificial onyx instead of natural onyx in heavily used commercial counters or bar tops.

How do I get wine stains out of marble countertops?
Posted by Visitor
Reply to this question
1ReplyA marble stain happens when wine has the chance to absorb into the stone countertops. We suggest you start by blotting up any excess red wine and use cool, clean water to remove the red wine residue. Next, use a mixture of three parts baking soda to one part water to form a paste.
