Is there a particular natural sandstone that you recommend for exterior cladding at 290x590x90mm? It’s for Canada, so it needs to be frost-tolerant. Also, can you provide a quotation for 100,000m2 of that stone (one large side sanded or honed, others sawn as a ‘veneer’ brick)? We would also like your assistance to identify the most reliable and reasonable shipping options, assuming that this quantity of stone is packed between 90 and 100m2 per 20ft container, therefore between 100 and 112 total shipping containers to Canada (Toronto). We are seeking a quote for a commercial project for buff-beige limestone as follows: Limestone brick/cladding for +/- 10,000 sqm installed. The pieces for the quotation are more precisely 290mm x 590mm x 90mm (3.5") - this is what is referred to as a ‘Full Bed Depth’ in NA at the 90mm (Some manufacturers will adjust to 80mm referred to as a slim). Colour: the equivalent of Buff ‘Indiana style’ limestone, but we are flexible if there is a material of great value. It is for the exterior finish of a building in Ontario, Canada. It will be installed on a ledge, tied into the building exterior with venting at the top and bottom. One side honed (290x590) and the rest sawn.
